Our own "Beerkowski" will then teach about the pairings as you enjoy this incredible meal! For your $60 ticket, you will be served a delicious meal prepared by Chef Holly, designed in coordination with Rachel Benkowski, our Level 2 Cicerone for a very unique adventure of the palate.

Desert Distortion Hazy IPA 🍻
Paired with citrus herb-marinated grilled shrimp salad, crispy bacon, and a Calabrian chili citrus vinaigrette.
🍄 Second Course
