Sacred Forest West Coast Pilsner

We had a blast with the rad people from Sacred Pint when they came out to brew with us! We wanted to make a crushable West Coast Pils for the hot summer to come, and this nails it. They wanted to use some classic PNW hops for this, so we decided to pair Simcoe, Amarillo, and Columbus Cryo with a touch of Sour Tangie terpenes from our homies at Abstrax Hops. The result is a crisp, ridiculously drinkable pils with a dank fruity character, and an unmistakable yet subtle cannabis aroma.
SACRED FOREST LEGEND
"I pulled an old Spanish harness buckle from the loam beneath the pines, proof Espejo's 1500’s party pushed through this country chasing river and rumors of gold. The chronicles count pueblos, guides, and distance to water, but in this sacred timber their iron felt small. I wrapped the buckle and left an offering; routes in this sacred forest aren't discovered--only survived."
